Usage:

★ I reserve all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials. if this is a concern, we can discuss it further.★ I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request.★ My work may not be used for profit, such as for prints, unless previously agreed upon.★ Credit is required and my username (@xirtualz) must be mentioned if posted or shared.

Proccess:

★ Send a request message through Discord/Email.★ Your request will be reviewed. For WAITLIST services, please expect a longer wait time.★ After reviewing your request, you will receive a proposal including: scope, timeline, and deadline .★ Accept by paying the invoice unless modifications are needed.★ Once I start on your commission, you will be notified. Please keep communication channels (Discord DMs, email) open for updates.★ Once completed, your final files will be shared via email for best resolution.

Communication:

★ Disclose upfront if your commission is for commercial use, along with any deadlines. Note that rush fees and commercial fees may apply.★ During each stage of the commission process, there will be 1-3 updates. More than 3 major adjustments are extra, unless it is a mistake from my part.★ The estimated timeline for completion will be provided in the custom proposal. Please understand that delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.★ The final artwork will be delivered in a high-resolution digital format. No physical products will be shipped.

Refunds:

★ Full refunds are only available if the commission hasn't been started or if the commission has been cancelled on my behalf.
★ If you wish to cancel a commission once it's been started, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
